I have big feet – and so I am limited in the brands and styles of sandals I can wear. I just bought my fourth pair of these sandals, and I get between two and three years wear from each pair of sandals.
This is especially good when you consider that I live in Florida and wear sandals almost all the time.
They generally stay on because they have ridges on the insole that your feet can grab. The arch support is excellent.
I have never had the uppers fail – eventially I wear the soles clean off and then they need to be replaced.

These shoes rock! I have had mine for probably 6 years or so and you can hardly tell. They look almost brand new and they have a lot of miles on them! I recommend them to anyone. They are so comfortable; never had a blister or any discomfort. They are expensive, but last much longer than the look-alikes. My fiancé has tried buying cheaper versions, but they have only lasted a year or two. These last much longer!

I have worn Arizona Birks for years. I have Plantars Fascitiis and the arch support in these sandals is just what I need. I wear them daily. This is one of the best products for my condition, aside from the obvious benefit of wearing sandals.

My husband purchased his first pair of Birkenstocks in a little town in New Mexico about 30 years ago. He is now on his third pair and will not even try any other kind of Birkenstock or any other kind of sandal. And, he would still be on his second pair if the new puppy hadn’t chewed up the cork – they wear like iron, and according to my husband, get more comfortable with age.

I have owned these sandals for 10 years-maybe more since I can’t remember exactly when I bought them. These have been the most comfortable and durable pair of shoes I have ever owned. They may seem expensive, especially for sandals, but they’re worth it. I wear these all the time, and they’re the only pair of sandals I’ve had that I can wear for long distances without my feet getting sore. Due to the fact that I’ve finally worn down the tread on the bottoms, I think new sandals are finally a necessity. After what I’ve seen in the stores I will probably be ordering another pair of Birkenstocks, although I haven’t decided what style yet.
