We were so excited to get this in the mail. But alas, it runs a size small. The heel strap is so snug that it takes the fit down a whole size. The foot bed is perfect for my size 11 son (size 10/11), but with the heel straps on, my son said it was too tight and pulled them off right away. You can see from the side photo here what I’m talking about. The heel strap is too short/small for the crocs. I’m sure the footbed of the 12/13 will be too big for my son, so we’ll be returning these and waiting for the summer 2010 polliwalks instead. What a waste. These crocs were so cute too!

My 3 year old loves these and so do I. They are really cute and comfy, but I had to exchange them as they run small. Get one size bigger and you will be thrilled with those.
