This shoe is perfect, absolutely exceeding my expectations. I own 2 other Dansko shoes and this one provides the same comfort immediately, but with more style in my opinion. I am recovering from tendonitis of both ankles and knees and can not walk in any other shoes except Dansko, these are so perfect and I will be buying another pair shortly. I must admit I would’ve never thought I’d be caught dead in Dansko shoes, but these shoes made me so happy because they really are comfortable and stylish. Thank you!!

I love these Danskos with my whole heart! I have worn Dansko clogs for more than 10 years and have never tried the sandals because I just didn’t believe they’d be as comfortable as the original. I broke down and bought the Surrayas knowing we were going to NYC and I need a comfortable/cute pair of walking shoes that I could dress up or down.
When they first arrived, the right shoe fit perfect – it was not tight on the toes or on the top strap (as I had read in reviews). The left shoe felt great except for the strap over the top (straps over the toes were fine, no pinching, rubbing, etc.). So I wore them around the house for more than a day and the left shoe stretched to the perfect fit. The top strap has an elastic adjuster that I think helped. I’ve now been wearing these shoes for about a week straight, 12 hours a day and love, love, love them! I happened to get them at a great sale price (less than $60) and am considering buying a the red patent pair too! Very cute, comfortable shoe.
Regarding size, I have always worn a 39 in Danskos, which is consistent with purchasing a half size up. My normal shoe size is an 8.

I think a $100 pair of shoes should fit perfectly. I ordered a half size up on these, and they are still too short in the length. At the same time, the straps that go over the top of the shoe are way too loose. They are made for someone with fat feet, I guess. If I go up in size to get the right length, I assume the straps will get even looser. I buckled them on the smallest hole but that only helped a little bit. I can tell from walking in them that the foot-bed is very comfortable. So, if you’re lucky enough to get a pair that fit you properly, you’ll probably love them. They are almost as cute in person as they are in the picture. However, due to the poor fit I am sending them back, and very disappointed.

Dansko sandlas are worth the money. Comfortable the first time I wore them. Love the way they look and feel. Just wish another material would be used on the sole that doesn’t show the wear from the foot.
