Nothing is simple about controversy inspired by simple veil known as a niqab
At its simplest, the niqab is an unadorned piece of dark-coloured cloth. When it is placed across the nose, mouth and chin of Muslim women, however, there is nothing simple about the controversies the eyes-visible-only headgear inspires in Canada and elsewhere.
